Diploma in Global Supply Chain Management
Course Overview
The Diploma in Global Supply Chain Management at the London School of International Business and Management (LSIBM) is a Level 4 practitioner qualification for professionals running or supporting international supply-chain operations from a UK base. Sitting inside the International Business & Trade faculty, the Diploma sequences CIPS practitioner-level content, CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport) foundation practice and BIFA (British International Freight Association) freight-forwarding basics into a working practitioner course. The UK Border Target Operating Model rollout has changed the daily realities of importer and exporter operations, and every case study is refreshed against current Department for Business and Trade guidance.
Delivered over nine to twelve months, the Diploma is taught by working UK freight practitioners and CIPS-qualified procurement leads, with fortnightly cohort clinics. The Diploma in Global Supply Chain Management is available on-campus in central London, fully online, or by distance learning, and articulates directly onto LSIBM’s Advanced Diploma in Global Supply Chain Strategy. Every cohort closes with a live customs-decision viva in front of a serving UK freight forwarder.

Why Study at LSIBM
The London School of International Business and Management (LSIBM) is a specialist business-education provider based in central London and part of Harold International College. We teach in small cohorts so every student is visible to their tutor, run a single intake schedule that students can rely on, and partner with UK professional bodies — CMI, CIM, CIPD, ACCA, CIMA, CFA UK, CIPS and IOE&IT — so qualifications carry weight with employers.
London puts the City, Canary Wharf, Whitehall, Companies House, the FCA, the Bank of England and the West End within a short tube ride of every classroom. Diploma cohorts run structured cohort clinics with working practitioners — a Big-Four tax adviser, a CIM Fellow in marketing, a CIPD-chartered HR director — so students meet professional expectations well before graduation.
