TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions

Last updated 13 August 2026

These terms govern the use of the HIPCI website and the certification pathways operated by the Harold International Professional Certification Institute.

1. Scope

These terms apply to use of this website and to certification enquiries and pathways undertaken through HIPCI.

2. Submitting an enquiry

Enquiries are submitted using the published quick enquiry or general enquiry forms and should accurately describe the certification level or area of interest. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee enrolment onto a certification pathway.

3. Eligibility and assessment

Certification is assessed against the applicable certification level, defined learning outcomes, and transparent assessment criteria published by HIPCI. Outcomes are communicated in writing to the individual named on the enquiry or application.

4. Use of certification status

Where certification is granted, an individual may describe themselves as certified by HIPCI for the level, area, and period stated in the decision. Use of the certification mark or logo is subject to HIPCI's mark usage policy, available on request.

5. CPD and continuing development

Continuing professional development (CPD) activities are subject to the terms published for the relevant course, workshop, or programme at the time of booking.

6. Use of this website

This website and its content are provided for general information about HIPCI and its certification pathways. Content may be updated from time to time and is not a substitute for the specific standards and outcome confirmed for an individual enquiry.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised.
