BSc in Business Strategy
Course Overview
If you want a UK career on the corporate-strategy or boutique-consulting track — analyst schemes at MBB, Big Four Strategy, in-house strategy teams or PE-portfolio companies — the BSc in Business Strategy at the London School of International Business and Management (LSIBM) is written for you. Sitting in the Entrepreneurship & Executive Studies faculty, this three-year honours degree focuses on analytical strategy craft, transaction advisory basics and the boutique-consulting delivery mechanics that graduate schemes are looking to observe.
You will undertake an optional placement year with a UK strategy consultancy, a corporate-development team or a PE-portfolio company, and produce a final-year dissertation on a strategy question defended in front of a working practitioner. The BSc in Business Strategy is available on-campus in central London, fully online with cohort calls scheduled across UK and APAC time zones, and by distance learning from 2026.
Key Features
- Curriculum reviewed against Institute of Consulting and CMI competencies.
- Three study modes — central London campus, fully online with UK / APAC cohort calls, or distance learning.

What You Will Learn
The degree treats strategy as an analytical craft — hypothesis, evidence, storyline, deck. Every module ends with something the student would hand to a partner or a CEO. The wry moment: the strongest strategy hypothesis is usually the one the analyst most wants to disprove.
