About London School of International Luxury Hospitality & Hotel Management

The London School of International Luxury Hospitality and Hotel Management (LSILHHM), a specialist division of Harold International College of London, exists to train graduates for the leading roles in five-star hospitality — hotel general management, Michelin restaurant service, luxury concierge and butler craft, luxury travel design, revenue management and luxury brand leadership. Programmes span certificate, diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Our starting position is that luxury hospitality is a discipline, not a style. A five-star arrival, a two-Michelin service, a private-client itinerary or a revenue-strategy call are all learned crafts — held to standards, measured against the best hotel and restaurant groups in the world. Every LSILHHM programme trains you in those standards from term one, and every assessment expects you to meet them under real service conditions.
Faculty are former general managers, service directors, concierge leads, revenue directors and luxury brand strategists — people still working in the industry, still holding students to five-star standards. Placements run through partner hotels across central London, Michelin-affiliated restaurants, bespoke travel houses and private-client hospitality groups. Our graduates leave able to design a guest journey, model a rate strategy, run a service and hold their own in front of any luxury operator in the world.
