LSHRM brings together the operational, commercial and service-design disciplines that define modern luxury hospitality — hotel operations, rooms division, revenue and yield management, food-and-beverage in hotels, spa and wellness, and guest-experience leadership — under one applied, industry-facing roof.
From your first term, you'll work on real briefs from London's Mayfair and Belgravia hotel groups and international resort operators across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Middle East and Southeast Asia — supervised by faculty who are still running departments, negotiating rates and hosting VIP guests. Graduates step into supervisory and management-track roles at properties serving the world's most discerning travellers.
