About London School of Hotel & Resort Management

The London School of Hotel and Resort Management (LSHRM), a specialist division of Harold International College of London, exists to educate the general managers, hoteliers, resort directors and hospitality leaders the international luxury sector is competing to hire. Programmes span hotel operations, rooms division management, revenue and yield management, food-and-beverage in hotels, spa and wellness management, guest-experience design, resort development and hospitality leadership, at Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor and Master levels.
Every programme is co-designed with hospitality operators across the UK luxury hotel market, international resort groups and the wider global hospitality industry. Curricula are reviewed each year against live employer demand; faculty are practising general managers, revenue directors, front-of-house leaders and hospitality consultants; and our teaching kitchens, mock front desks and service studios are kept to the standards London's five-star houses set. Students leave LSHRM with evidenced capability — services they have led, guest experiences they have designed, revenue strategies they have modelled and teams they have supervised.
LSHRM's mission is straightforward: graduate hoteliers and resort leaders employers want to hire. We pursue that mission through rigorous teaching, service-based learning and a curriculum built in conversation with the properties, brands and operators our students go on to join. Our cohort is international, our service standards are non-negotiable, and our focus stays on what graduates can actually deliver on the floor and behind the scenes.
