About the School
LSOGM brings together the disciplines that keep the global energy sector operating and evolving — petroleum and reservoir engineering, drilling and completions, upstream and downstream operations, energy economics, HSE management and the transition toward lower-carbon energy. Programmes are shaped in dialogue with UK operators, North Sea contractors and international energy companies working across the Middle East, Africa and offshore regions.
From your first term, you'll work on real briefs across reservoir modelling, drilling planning, energy trading and HSE case-work — supervised by faculty who remain active in industry.
