Stakeholders may submit relevant complaints in accordance with the applicable complaints procedure. Complaints are recorded and considered under HIAC's complaints framework.

Appeals

Eligible institutions may submit an appeal against applicable accreditation decisions in accordance with HIAC's appeals framework and policy.

Appeals may be submitted by eligible institutions against applicable accreditation decisions.
An appeal must be submitted by a person authorised to act for the institution.
Grounds and requested outcome should be stated clearly, with supporting evidence.
