The Certificate in Hotel Management is a short, practical UK qualification for people who want to get into the hotel industry quickly. From there, the natural progression is through a Diploma or Higher Diploma while working in hotels, and onwards to supervisor and management roles within 3–7 years.

How the Programme Is Delivered

The Certificate can be studied on-campus in London, fully online, or via distance learning. Most students complete it in 3–6 months full-time or 6–12 months part-time. Module dates and class timings are confirmed at enrolment.

• Completion of secondary school (GCSE / O-Level or equivalent).
• Minimum age 16.
• IELTS 5.5 or equivalent for non-native English speakers.
• No prior hotel experience required.
