About the School

LSCAHM brings two of hospitality's core disciplines — culinary craft and hospitality management — under one working roof. Programmes are co-designed with London hotel groups, restaurant collectives, patisseries, food-and-beverage brands and event agencies, and taught in fully working kitchens and studios.

From your first term, you'll cook real services, run real fronts of house, cost real menus and plan real events — supervised by lecturers who are still working in the industry. Graduates step into kitchens, hotels, restaurants and hospitality businesses ready to lead, not just assist.

Why Choose LSCAHM?

Working Kitchens, Not Simulations

Working Kitchens, Not Simulations

Every technique is taught in a live production kitchen — timings, temperatures and standards match a real service, so nothing is a surprise on day one of a graduate role.

What our students say

Hear from students who chose the London School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management, a division of Harold International College of London, and who are now shaping kitchens, hotels, restaurants and the wider hospitality industry across the UK and abroad.

"LSCAHM taught knife skills first, ego second. By service in year two I was expediting the pass at a two-rosette kitchen and understood exactly why."
