About London School of Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management

The London School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management (LSCAHM), a specialist division of Harold International College of London, exists to train the chefs, patissiers, hotel operators and hospitality leaders the industry is actively hiring. Programmes span professional cookery, patisserie and boulangerie, hospitality and hotel management, food and beverage management, restaurant operations, and events and conference management, at Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor and Master levels.
Every programme is co-designed with industry partners across London's hotels, restaurant groups, patisseries, food-and-beverage brands and event agencies. Curricula are reviewed each year against live employer demand; faculty are practising chefs, front-of-house directors and hospitality operators; and our kitchens, pastry lab, bar and mock hotel front desk are kept at working industry standard. Students leave LSCAHM with evidenced capability — services run, menus costed, guests hosted and events delivered.
LSCAHM's mission is straightforward: graduate hospitality professionals employers want to hire. We pursue that mission through rigorous teaching, service-based learning and a curriculum built in conversation with the kitchens, hotels and restaurants our students go on to join. Our cohort is international, our standards are non-negotiable, and our focus stays on what graduates can actually run.
