UK Higher Diploma

LSCAHM Higher Diploma programmes are Level 5 qualifications running 15 to 18 months across on-campus, online and distance routes, with structured articulation into a UK Bachelor's top-up in the relevant discipline. Spanning all four LSCAHM departments, Higher Diplomas combine substantial taught content with a capstone or workplace project and are built for students moving from commis chef, F&B associate, hotel supervisor or event coordinator roles into graduate-level UK practice. Credit transfer is confirmed in writing at enrolment.
