Diploma

LSCAHM Diploma programmes are Level 4 qualifications running 9 to 12 months across on-campus, online and distance routes. The portfolio spans all four LSCAHM departments - culinary arts, executive hospitality, hospitality management, and tourism/events/food business - and each Diploma articulates cleanly into LSCAHM's Advanced Diploma and Higher Diploma routes while giving working evidence of UK-recognised practice for those entering employment directly with hotels, restaurants, event operators and food businesses.
