UK Higher Diploma in Air Ticketing & Reservation System (Amadeus) (Varies-71)

UK Higher Diploma in Air Ticketing & Reservation System (Amadeus) at HICL

Behind every confirmed flight booking is a sequence of small, technical decisions, fare selection, routing, taxes, baggage rules, ticket conditions, segment status, that have to be made correctly the first time. People who do this well are quietly important to airlines, travel agencies and corporate travel teams. The UK Higher Diploma in Air Ticketing & Reservation System (Amadeus) (Varies-71) is built around this craft, with workflows aligned to the Amadeus environment most of the industry actually uses.

The UK Higher Diploma in Air Ticketing & Reservation System (Amadeus) (Varies-71) is for travel professionals and aspiring travel consultants who want to operate in a GDS-led environment with proper underpinning knowledge. It is industry-aligned but it is not a vendor-issued Amadeus certification, which remains a separate product taken through Amadeus or its authorised training partners.

What this higher diploma actually trains you to think about

Speed in a GDS only matters if accuracy is in place first. You will spend serious time on fare construction logic, ticketing rules, reissues and refunds, PNR discipline, queue management and the operational housekeeping that keeps an agency from getting penalised on commission and ADM disputes. The UK Higher Diploma in Air Ticketing & Reservation System (Amadeus) (Varies-71) takes this content seriously rather than treating it as a click-by-click manual.
