BSc in Organizational Behaviour
Course Overview
The BSc in Organizational Behaviour at the London School of International Business and Management (LSIBM) is a three-year UK honours degree inside the Business & Management faculty, written for students targeting HR generalist, OD analyst and people-analytics roles at UK PLC and mid-market employers. It combines the core business curriculum with an applied behavioural-science specialism — motivation, group dynamics, culture, engagement analytics and change work.
You will complete an HR or OD placement in year two, work on a live UK employer team-case in year three, and produce a dissertation defended in front of a CIPD-chartered HR director. The BSc in Organizational Behaviour is available on-campus in central London, fully online with UK / APAC cohort calls, and by distance learning from 2026.
Key Features
- Curriculum reviewed against the CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management and BPS practitioner reading.
- Three study modes — central London campus, fully online with UK / APAC calls, or distance learning.

What You Will Learn

- Culture and climate assessment at working level.
- Change management — Kotter, ADKAR, Bridges applied honestly.

- Diversity, inclusion and psychological safety.
- Organisation design — spans, layers, decision rights.
